Rear suspension higher, cornering more "shiok"...???

hi riders...
i happened to meet a friendly indian guy (aprilia rider) last night and the guy offered a empty space for me to park beside him...
it's the first time i get a chance to see two bikes of the same model parked together.. i personally feels that it looks really style man! plus we were parked outside shopping centre somemore....
anyway, the reason why i post this thread is cos the guy asked me to adjust my rear suspension higher so that the seat would be higher... the reason being is that when cornering more "shiok"...
i didn't get what he meant so i just anyhow gave him a reply
anyway when i am on my bike, my legs can still bend abit while touching the ground so i though of adjusting my rear suspension higher...
question is..
why rear suspension higher, cornering more "shiok"...???
i don't really have a clue what he meant by more "shiok" but i guess that it means more handling power or more comfortable turning...
can i adjust the suspension myself or have to go bike shop??
i found out from bike shops that respray the whole bike cost around $400
but the guy told me that i can change all the fiber parts of my bike for only $250.
which means, i don't respray, i buy new front, side fairing and the rear fiber piece... is it really that cheap??? if so cheap, then who wanna respray?

as for corning, if u wana play coner, i suggest u keep ur original suspension now, coz increae of suspension will add to more instability while corhning coz it had more space to take in air.
advice: wana play corner dun ki kantong

if realli like that maybe all fairing bike wana have a new paint works they al change new fairing liao, but those fairing come with those racing design u like?

correct me if i am wrong...but i only heard of if wan play corner...lower front suspenion.....mayb front lower then naturally behind will go up lor....am i rite????

rear can ki, but this gotta depend on rider style, rider height and rider weight.
ohlins shocks for some bikes are set high than the wan zheng stuff. -

Aprilla position already very sport liao. The handle bar is lower than sp or krr. Dont adjust the suspension unless u very sure it will suit u better.

If u wan some better cornering, for aprilia i think u can lower ur fork by couple of cm.
