  hiii all biker, i just kena a summon for parking bike on common property ,on hdb void deck.town council issue a summon.amy1 knw hw much??can i appeal??

  not 100% $100 ... i kana in my house estate here only $50 ... depends on town council one ... but i din pay in the end ... haha ... appeal success ...

  yes, u can appeal
  but of cos u mus have valid reasons.....and be good with words and "twisting the story"
  and depending on the mood of the person handling ur appeal.....good mood let u off, not so good mood, ur appeal is rejected loh
  
  so far, the appeals i made are all successful
  (but im not the driver, i oni write the appeal for other ppl)

  I kenna summon 4 parking under my HDB twice, first ofence is $100.00. U can try to appeal through the town council. The summon might be reduced if it is successful. Second offence is $200. AS 4 me both my appeal not sucessful so had ta pay a total of $300. Heart pain man!! Not worth parking at the void deck.
