Funny Escape From Wisma~

Yo Guys, tell u something, Wisma's carpark has the stupidiest and lousiest carpark warrens!
Last 2 months was parking at Wisma. It stated WHEELCLAP if unauthorised or illegal parking. So i parked in a lot properly. But came back, my bike was clamped.
Tulan, i go find the warren. He say no excuse must pay $50, but 1st timer will be $15. We spent time argueing over it but he damn xialan and say no way must pay.
I don wanna waste my time so i say "Ok i Pay". And we say we want that warren's name and company number to complain. He kanjiong. And he gave with a cold sweat.
*There was this other motorist there also argueing don wanna pay.*
So i took out my $15 and my gf was holding it. The guy issued me a receipt and asked another warren to unlock for me while he busy explaining with the other motorist. BUT HE FORGOT TO TAKE THE $15 from me!! WAHAHA!
I signal my gf diam diam and we quickly slip into the lift and wear our helmets. I start the bike while the warren was unlocking, once unlocked we zoom off and laughed our way down. WAHAHA!
This teaches us, next time if kenna, argue and threaten abit, then he MIGHT kanjiong and forgot about taking the $$ from u. Wahaha!!!!! -
if u are park in a motor parking lot what the reason he gave you ???
For no reason he want you to pay ... if i am the one kana ... and i am very free on that particular day ... i will ask him to call for the police to justify ... but if you are in the wrong ... then no choice but to pay lor ...

well, its written "no illegal or unauthorised parking".
But the guy told me those parking lots are meant to be seasonal parkings. Must buy season parking for resident or perm staffs there one. But the problem is, how i know?? Never state SEASON PARKING what....
No illegal parking i take it as don anyhow park on yellow lines etc mah, how i know they mean for season parking right anot?
Anyway, they shd give warning letters or note 1st. I went to Plaza Sing, saw this skipper oso anyhow park, saw a note down there only warning. This shd be the way mah.
Wisma's management f up lah, straight want to pay... haha but in the end the guy will pay himself for being stubborn... lolx... -
