  still having the same problem with my krr.....
  its always not easy to start ur bike after u leave it there for 2 hours or more....
  sure have to use choke....
  i see my friend's sp, no such problem....
  and one more thing, my exhaust: everytime after i reached my destination, off engine, i can hear 'ting ting ting'....

  I'm sure u haven't tong your exhaust mine use to have this problem too untill i tong my exhaust. Any problem can PM me
