hmm.. i did mine recently at china square central. the shop used to be at far east plaza there but they shifted to there due to high rent n competition. the artist's name is alvin. oh ya the shop's name is "scared souls". its located on the second floor.
i did a tribal bat on my back. he asked me wads my budget i told him bout $300-$400 like dat.. he quoted me $350 straight away. before dat i ask a shop at far east for the same design n he quoted me $650 of it!
somemore the touching up of tattos after dat is free overthere. I'm thinking of going down there to do my touch up but scared of the pain leh.. keke..
must go through another 3hrs of pain n a week of sleeping on my stomach!
