Insurance Woes

  Hi ppl,
  I got ym 2B a few mths back liao, but haven't got a bike.
  Reason is the sky high insurace.
  NTUC quote me 1.3K!
  
  Like that means that in 10 yrs, I got to pay at least 10K insurance.
  
  Cos I P-plate, then 23 yrs old.
  Well, my fren told me to juz get a 3rd party fire and theft enuff liao.
  
  U ppl reccomend what insur comp/coverage?

  2B bike can don get comprehensive mahz...get a TFT can liaoz le...
  comprehensive is very expensive...

  Another thing is that it will get cheaper as ur age increase and also the no claim bonus.

  be glad you're not 18. the price would shoot up to 1.8k ~ 2k.
  dun buy a new bike, look for a bike that is 4 years or older, the difference in price is HUGE.
  
  you could opt for 3rd party only, or TPFT (3rd party + fire and theft, otherwise known as 2nd party), that would also cut down the costs by a few hundred.
