Can any pgm4 riders here tell me how many km u can run with full tank of fuel???
My bike i ride until reserve oso use finish liao...but lucky i travel at bt timah rd...push my bike to esso n pump $10....and i can only travel 80km......is my bike's fuel consumption heavy????
and how many litres for reserve tank huh???can run estimate how many clicks?
And 1 more thing....y everytime i go start my bike...both pipes got alot of smoke come out leh.....really alot leh...machiam like at genting lidat....i start bike in the morning 1 day going sch...got 1 ah pek oso at my hse carpark there start bike...he saw my bike give out so much smoke he faster move off....very paiseh leh.... -
and how long ur using up 1 bottle of 1litre 2T when most of the time u drag when u ride....i using castrol R2.....got any other better 2T intro?

when u run out of fuel, did u open up the tank and see if got anymore fuel inside? its likely that maybe somewhere your fuel lines jammed. if not it might have some major major problem.
as for your 2T, use a good one. if u got from motorshop they will use their lousiest 2T for u. it wouldn protect your engine much. change one asap. -

but heard frm others that castrol TTS was replaced by castrol R2 which im using now....and castrol RS was replaced by castrol R4
anyway is R2 good??anyone using it too? -

u no fuel then u pump only $10 right?
did u switch your fuel to "ON" or did u leave at "RESERVE"? when u run 80km then no more fuel is it still got reserve or reserve oso finish?
when u finish your main tank, you can still see petrol in the tank one, its normal.
as for your 2T, i'm not trying to promote but if u wan repsol 2T can get from me. -

mine full tank, 16 litres, $19 can run about 200km, add reserve another 30-40km more. my mainjets are stock 140.
if u look at your tank, you'll see this slopy area near the LP area of your tank, the reserve is usually around that area. when you can see a round hole and a small bar at the bottom of your tank, that means you really really gotta go pump petrol liaoz. -

BTW pgm fuel tap is known to leak, so even if u set it to on, sometimes it'll use reserve. ever got once i riding using on, just as i about to reach home, my bike suddenly si chia, i open tank see, not a drop of petrol left, even reserve oso all gone.
u can also ride your bike around wif the tap set to off, just that sometimes if u rev too high u feel abit no power
simple solution is to buy the lockhart philips quick release fuel tap. where buy ah? er.... ask around lah, motorworld, loois, max equipment etc etc etc... -
