Bike/Helmet designs, where?

asking out of curiosity.
those bikers ride racers with personal fancy designs, where they go and spray? i know shop can spray for u, but i tokking bout those really fancy designs and patterns. i know overseas like Europe or USA there are artists who will do this sort of stuff for u, as in, REAL artists, not just a mech with a paint spray gun. i wondering if got such services in singapore, to spray ur bike or helmet according to a fancy design u describe, like skull or spider-web or bubbles dat kind of pattern, not simple color schemes and stickers that the shop normally do. or got samples of very nice fancy designs which u can choose to put on ur bike or helmet. i see before regular RXZ at bukit timah with coca-cola design on tank, not that i want to spray like dat, but i wonder where ppl go for this kind of thing.
also, i hear before rumor that u can bring ur racer to companies and let them spray their company motif on ur bike for free but must sign agreement to leave that design on bike for a period of time. is that how ppl get design schemes like Shell or Virgin Mobile. i've seen Virgin Mobile design on local rs125, krr and gsxr1000, the gsx especially very nice with 'bubbles' pattern which i think is painted on, not stickers. realli got such thing? sounds too good to be true dats why i asking. i mean, bring ur bike and free respray, must leave on few years just leave on lah, good deal i say, i just donno wanna believe anot.
any idea? -

dats why i oso donno wanna believ anot. but then again those 3 virgin mobile schemes i saw very chio is definitely not simple spray and stickers, the designs look as if painted or printed on the surface. other popular schemes like black 'west' rs250 or shell schemes can tell its spray followed by stickers, sure the mech shop can do. and that coca-cola rxz oso is definitely not sticker. wonder where they go and do. mebbe johor.

wat sets these bikes from other 'designer' bikes is that their motifs are not stickers, but painted or printed. i took a close look so i can tell; i see before black/white west rs250 and i can differentiate that bike as stickers. so where they do? some normal spray shops? no such thing as company-sponsored? -

I saw an NSR150 with the Virgin Mobile ad spray scheme, in Yishun.
Speaking of vehicle ads...my fren told me b4 that if u got a van and go to Tiger Beer or what, they spray for u and pay u $50 a mth as ad fee.
Not too sure how true it is. -
