Parking at Takashimaya

Hi,
anyone parked at Taka recently ? I just parked yesterday. There seems to be no free access for riders (no gap at the end of the barrier for riders to pass through). Lucky I had my cashcard with me, so paid the fee and parked. But I never got to read the sign which states how the parking fee is charged. A lot of cars behind me. Only saw something like "motorbikes ..... 30 cents ...." When I left the place at night, total $4+ deducted ....
At the exit, I saw there is the card machine. I inserted my card again, and it tell me error ... I tried a few times before it finally deduct a few dollars ... There is a gap in the barrier for motorcycles ...
am I supposed to insert my cashcard again at the exit, or do I just pass through ? Can anyone tell me how the parking charge system works over at Taka ? Thanks. -

Carpark at Taka is charged by hour. When you stop that time be it entrance or exit, try to stay more to the right near the cash card machine.

somemore if u park on the curb, u will kena summon for parking in demerit point zone and still kena 3 points and $120 bcos the road is under zigzag yellow line.
got somebody i know kena b4, he saw the police car give every single bike there. he went to ask to give chance, police say cannot. he ask why kena demerit points, not just for pavement meh? police say the road line is demerit points, u park on pavement oso kena.
just too bad...

kinn, first time dun noe, go in gong gonh, deduct 1.5, tink so, then inside carpack saw hrly charge, then go out, knn deduct another $1

Think enter that time just scan cashcard only, never deduct $$$. If that's the case, if you enter insert cashcard but exit dun put, what will happen ?
