anyway can tell me more thks. reali need to knwo more abt this bike. btw krr is powerful it has speed. but serious is a high mantianace bike. it could go fast but now use all my frens who i regularly go out are ppl with style not wanting to speed always inculding ppl u saw that day. so speed is not important anymore style is more important. pls call me and tell me mroe. i will pte u my number. thks luke. 
lastly i had enough of sportbike so wanted to change. my bike fast but no use cause cannot go out everyday try to it extend.

I ride a planet, what do you wanna know?
Actually everyone talks about italian bikes being very expensive to maintain, the spare parts are indeed more expensive than normal bikes but how many times do we really need to change parts? All in all, financing the bike's maintainence is manageable.
In case u wanna know, I pay $275/mth for my bike instalment but from what I know of a planet rider who pays around $160 or so per mth for the instalment.

I've had problems with my bike but mostly because I buang or drop the bike or something but unlike l3stat my bike not say buang already sure spoil. At most maybe the signal light drop or something. Once I buang head on with a traffic light post, nothing spoil only headlight 'picha' a bit.
Engine wise so far no problem except one time magnetic coil spoil. But u all know lah, magnetic coil spoil can happen to any bike any where any time , nothing we can do to prevent also.
For spare part I go back to the dealer (Ducati workshop), so far no problem finding spare parts for me. The mechanics were very nice and when I say I very poor liao they tried to find second hand magnetic coil for me which was half the price of a first hand one.
I agree that the speed depends on tuning and restrictions. I tuned my bike before so its faster than planets that are fresh outta the shop.

Aurora hahaha.. during the course of riding my bike, apart from a failed speedometer (sorted out easily) and a dodgy starter relay (again easily sorted out), i've had no problems with it. yet we have comments of "problem bike etc etc" drifting around.. hehe...
what kinda tuning have you done? the planet (for the earlier ones i know) is restricted at two parts in the exhaust system. okay strictly speaking, compared to the mito, a fully derestricted planet exhaust is still inferior to that belonging to a mito (model before EV SP), simply due to the shape, diameter of the pipe in general. but get rid of the spacer within the header, and the plates in the expansion chamber, you can get the planet running at full power. that is, of course, with proper jettings done again. are you using a stock 28mm dellorto? would like to hear what your settings are like... -

planet sitting position like same as sp krr tzm all these leh, the position oso slightly lean forward one. just that the seat damn big, so more comfortable.
anyway krr all these the position oso quite upright mah dun really have to lean forward much..... -

Ermmm... what kind of restriction does the planet have? Since you say it is derestricted, there are no plates at the planet expansion chamber. The header I'm not so sure. And why is the planet exhaust system inferior to mito's? I tot the whole system is the same except the header, even the diameter of the header I feel is the same, only the planet exhaust has a chrome cover. Do you seriously believe that there are exhaust in this werid shape? I think that the exhaust is still round inside. the jetting i did t change anything except change to the bigger hole increasing air intake. Oh yes, there's always talks about the seat and doubts about its comfortability. I've been a pillion on planet for very long before I inherited the bike. And now as a rider and an ex-pillion, I think the seat is much more comfortable than the japanese 2b bikes. And planet is one of the few bikes with the pillion seat bigger than the rider seat hahaha, lucky pillions.

ah as for the mito's pipe, take a look at a mito with its side fairings off. think about the shape of the EXPANSION CHAMBER. compare the 2 bikes. and please i'm not talking about the stupid decorative muffler. -
