  marina sq there hor ...
  esp downstairs the game room outside used to have a lot of problem wan.
  there were 2 cases of assult that i know of, and one case of snatch theft.
  
  another reason is becoz of those para para monkeys there. always gather there dunno why also. mebbe bo liao nothing to do.
  so got other ppl bo liao also come and make trouble for them lor.
  
  bo liao + bo liao = 2(boliao) *too bo liao*
  
  last reason i can think of is a lot of those monkeys underaged smoking. hence the complaints.... the results u know lah.
  
  hence... the plain clothes police.
  
  FYI ....
  Qx cannot give u any tickets due to speeding, illegal mods, tinted visors, noisy pipe blah blah blah
  
  however, they can give u tickets for illegal parking and ... refer ur number plate to their traffic department counterparts.
  
  this is becoz ...
  traffic police are responsible for the roads.
  u dun see them catching ppl fighting hor. neither do u see them catching robbers too...
  
  and normal police ...
  responsible for the security of the ppl
