West Side bike shop

  any one know of bike shops in the west?
  i know got ne in
  
  - west coast (dont know if their charges are good)
  - clementi ave 3 (this one like to conn people and over charge!)
  - and many many in Alexendra rd
  
  but what about shops where u can buy accessories for bikes like rain coat, visors etc... is there any in the west?
  
  or only 1 in sg which is LABS?
