i think, the reason is singaporeans have evolved,
its no more the 80 or 90,
just like ROck music, it has evolved..
like last time in the 80s rock bands ALL also long hair with songs with very long complex guitar solo now all the song sometimes no guitar solo, if have very very short, and all the rock star all short hair already (thats how it is)
same for bikers lah, last time all the young biker some hell riders, but now they have matured already and in sg, not worth the trouble and further more everywhere also got camera and tp and too much laws and with the DIPS system, no one bother to race here (not worth might as well go pasir gudang) better ...this is what my brother in law told me lah he also last time quite a hell rider, weekend racer.. now relax already....and he told me last time alot of those extreme skillful hell rider... most he told me now in side the grave lah (died on the road)... -

those ridin class 2 bike mostly ride their bikr to act only. straight rd 2B bike wil lose out but up to corner 2B bike wont lose to class2 bike -
But i believe that class 2 bike can take corner at high speed more easy than small bikes 1 mah. Big bikes design for high speed, can go faster, stable, brake faster, corner wont be that bad too ba?
