Took this at the beginning of last yr, as its compulsory for all the bikees in my camp to take this course. Its really a crap course, nothing really useful or fun at all. A real waste of money. Good thing is its sponsered by my camp.
well u know when i was taking 2B (my friends who passed it before me told me all the lesson we learn in 2b like plank, e-bake and s-course, all waste time, he told me on main road where got such things... but i think he's not observant, as these are not ment to train you if you face the same thing on the road, these are ment to build up the riding skills, for me it really helps,
All the course really teaches me all the skills that i do use when i ride on the road...
so for the defensive riding course, have a friend riding a phantom, (who also went for the course) was telling me when he was at a traffic junction and then suddenly the light turned red and the car infront jam breaks he also jam break and the bike skidded!!
in the defensive course he kind of learn a skill on how to prevent skidding (and thus use the skills and never buang)
im not saying that going for the course will gurantee you will never buang, but i believe it will build up the skills, as not all of use are expert on the bike (and well all this skills could come in handy could even save our lifes..so i feel why not $55 bucks is not that big of a deal to learn new bike skills)
