  so many people been telling me they wanna faster learn to ride bcos class 2C gonna implement soon.
  
  now who the heck told them that?!
  
  or am i really really uninformed here??
  
  if its gonna implement soon surely will have some form of news broadcast over newspaper or tv and definitely the cranky nutheads in this mad forum of ours will make a big hoo haa over it.

  so if sg were to implement 2c.. and the restriction is at 125...so 2b till 200?? doesnt make sense rite?

  all i heard is that..cdc is implementing more theory and practical lessons..frm 2 theory lessons to 4..and frm 8 practical lessons to ard 16..about the age limit..i heard that those born in 1985 have to wait til they are 21 to take their licence

  I guess the 2C concept is still on the discussion table. Rumours also have a source of origin. It must have started somewhere and at some point, and in that sense I believe there's a certain extent of truth in it, just that it's still in the negotiation stage. I saw a magazine (forgot the name of the mag, but the editor assumes the name of Hot Rod or something) mentioning 2C before, and given motorcycles are mentally linked to danger and accidents, I don't see really see why the 2C may not be a rumour soon ....

  malaysia license got 2C, that's probably where it came from. i got a classmate wif 2c license, she say only can ride kup kia.
