try not to ride so often these few days... bcos we travel in the open air and the dust particles get forced down our throats thru our nose and mouth, irritating and even inflaming your throat and swallowing means u take all those dirt down into your belly and its not surprising you soon end up sick. full face helmet might help... might... best is to wear those face mask thing while riding like the JB riders... or to wear the gas mask like in Counter Terror from CS.
