Time delay before getting bike?

  I have a question..
  Usuallywhen u buy a new bike, with your own COE and the dealer (already have stock for the bike)
  how many working days do they need before they can release the bike to you?
  
  Reason im asking is bec.
  i paid for a bike (on sat with my COE) and was promised the bike be ready by tuesday evening (so i cancelled all my plans for tuesday ) and i decided to give them a call before i go to pick up the bike and they dont me "Its not ready" (never even bother to call me)
  
  so are the just plain F**King with me, or it does take a few days to process it..

  hmmm, think they delaying urs procedures or maybe their company too big forgotten u?

  heh friend, from what i think. Most of the motorshop are opened by past mechanics or those who race before and such. So in a way, I don't really expect them to give u a good customer service like for example you bought a tv from Courts or Best Denki, whereby they will call u up if there's anything wrong with your order. The only call they will give u is when there's problem with your bike or you delay your installment, that's when their customer service come in to service.

  actually u can collect the bike on the day you bought it inclusive of road tax, insurance etc. provided the shop's service is fast enough lah.

  call dem up n ask them wats de problem of delay , if de ans is not good i think u just got to do some good farks at them

  i agree with you man, anyway tommorow, morning gonna call then and make sure its ready by today, of course today also i really wanna f**k them, but suddenly something kicked in, i thought *wait i f**K them, kind of worried they might mess up my bike, well you never know lah these ppl, even if they f**k up my bike also how would i know, new rider, what f**k thing also dont know.*
  so just be firm with them for now.. but of tommorow also not ready then must really do somehting drastic lah..

  hhmm..
  u buying first hand or wat??
  first hand i think on that day u put downpayment can get bike liao..
  insurance they do with ur IC(with them for abt 2 weeks) den they give u a cover note..
  2nd hand also most prob is that day chut chia one..
  unless they wanna spray for u or do up ur engine..

  The Bike is first Hand,
  the execuse the give is the 'paper work'
  and today i give a call also cannot confirm that the bike can get today
  they told me delay is at LTA!!!
  *sure or not!!* they never even check just when i ask why so long they just say * you think its easy to register for bike, if the lta delay then we also have to wait, this is not with in our control..bla..blah blah..."
  
  so let me ask u guys again
  ARE THEY F**KING AROUND WITH ME?
