TP SUMMON HELP!!!

I juz receive a summon from the TP of me parking on the shoulder of the expressway. It happened that my bike had broke down, i was fined $130 and -4points.
anyone with such encounter b4?
would i be able to apeal successfully against the summon?

its not impossible,
i once got 4 pts also,
but i gave them gd story n they let me off....
recently someone here appealed successfully against a 6 pts offence -
hmm......wad kinda story u came up with?
can i tell them that my bike break down, and i called for tow truck and i got to rush for work, and of cos i have to leave the bike there.
cos i really haf no other alternative.
when u apeal, do they ask for proof?
like letters or reciept that your bike brokedown?

Go to your MP during the meet the people session.....
tell him your story and ask him to write a letter for you, addressed to OC traffic vilation.... -

i have appeal b4 too ... helping residents is what a MP should do ...

imo, its better to appeal thru tp first then if they reject u, then go and see mp...
cos if u go mp first, tp will think.. ahh this fellow nvr appeal to me but straight away go for power -

1) get the repair receipts.
2) goto MP.
3) reason why didnt wait by the bike for the tow car to come
i) no handfone
ii) hp no batt
4) take MP letter go TP ubi. submit and wait for news. -

just think properly wad to say n go down lor
most pple who appeal in person got higher sucess rate than post , sommore result is u know on the spot unless they need investigation
the person who appeal also just go down to ubi n told them his story lo
go thru the proper channel la, they setup an appeal centre is to let u appeal la,
never appeal first go find mp for wad ? -
