Judging a rider's skill by touching it's tyre?

Wassup guys... do u guys judge a riders by touching the bike's tyre? A friend of mine riding RS250 told me that the lining beside the tyre tells u how "low" the rider goes... and if the surface of the tyre is rough it shows dat the rider does hard cornering(cornering at high speeds)... Do u guys judge this way? 
I'm riding SP myself but i keep hitting the sidestand too easily... this makes me prompt to do those left/right short corners like entering a carpark.... everytime i attempt to hard cornering i worried of hitting the sidestand.... But i've seen a few riders who can hard corner as low as 120 tyre can withstand... so i figured that there's a solution for that.... pls advice...

This is true. If the tyres look like scratch with scratches on side, means the rider pumps even when in corners.

Hey Repsolevil,
I think u shld remove your sidestand so you can go lower. Mebe use a triangular stand to support your bike.

If the rider buy new tyres how? Not fierce already loh...
The tyres can only see how low the person go on corners. Not how fast... true. Normally when a person goes low, the speed must also match the banking angle. So generally speaking, the lower the banking angle is, the faster the rider is at corners, the more towards the end the scratches are on the tyres.
SP cannot corner hard with the side stand. rearsets are too low also. Will skid easily if the side stand or foot rest becomes a pivot on the ground for the bike. -
can sp can do hard cornering but u have to bua yr sidestand until half of it is gone i mean juz left half den i tink nxt time when u go corner it wun kena so easily,dat is how last time when i ride sp i tombang my frenz coz it wil be lower than i can bua my sidestand more easily n get it sand faster heheheOriginally posted by Repsolevil:Mok Sai Hoong means wad?
