New super 4 rider question.

Hi all,
I just got a second hand super 4 2 days ago. While riding for about an 10mins journey, I noticed that my super 4 gets very hot near the engine oil portion. Is this normal? I can really feel the heat on my leg when stopping at traffice lights.
Please advice.

All 4 stroke bike like that one lor, it's normal. Mine oso like that, thot my leg hair kena burnt liao.
