Riding without insurance is the same as without licence. Btw, dont open so many threads leh. 1 thread can ask all ur questions already.

i think it is not advisable to ask this senstitve question in a public forum where thousands of eyes are viewing the messages. Once leaked out in public, the place will become a "hotspot" and that lurks danger. I think the most common and advisable answer to your question would be malaysia....although not within your preferences. -

becoz there got alot of traffic lights, TP is civil servant, must obey the law, cannot chiong red light, you heck care jit tao chiong, they cannot catch you!!
actually outside CDC there got 1 road really very good to test, but at the end is 1 very sandy corner -

Aiyah so easy... roam on the highway get ready ...see traffic behind see traffic infront.... all safe distance liao drop gear and whack your throttle lor... once hit top more than five counts u can slow down liao then slowly make ure way home lor...
