Buying Honda Phantom TA200 bikes

Check with many moto shops and all the salesman recommend if want to buy a Honda Phantom Bike, better get a new TA200 bike, as the OTR cost is cheaper than a 2nd hand bike of the same make

Imagine now one new one cost as low as 4900 (2nd party insurance), but cost would jack up to around 5.3-5.4k with all the usual hidden cost (GST, handling fee, COE, number plate bla bla bla)
Anyone know how much does these options usually cost
1) new card reader
2) the big ah pei box at the back with removal attachments (/w lock)
3) new sets of tyres to replace the original IRC tyres
4) installing crash guard bars
and things to look for

Ah pei box I got it for $130 at LAB (not detachable, but i think can get them not to make it undetachable one. but undetachable safer mah)
New sets of tire is about $110 to $150, different brands, different price
crash bar is $70 at LAB
you may be looking at bike cover, extra helmets, raincoat, rain boots, gloves, proper leather jacket. the last 2 items, more for safety, have or dun have never mind. if you are a person who value safety more, you should be looking at gloves and leather jacket. but leather jacket expensive leh -
Hmmm, I was quote 150 for the IU, 150 for a large detachable Monokey box, so the price is quite ok la...

mine is the smallest givi u can find.. but can only hold one helmet...
it looks 'cute' for a chopper. but i oso got put 2 sideboxes, so overall it looks 'okay'..... -

my cousin juz bought TA200 @ $5300 full cash @ one of the shops in ubi... cheap anot har

Very easy to see cheap or not.
Add the downpayment and the total installments, If exceed 6k then you can go and ask other shop.
Got mine from ASP from Changi. Total including interest 5.8k+.

I guess he must be getting from the ASP Ubi Shop. try to get 1st party for the 1st yr. as u may not get the feel of the bike initially. therefore prone to accident....after 1 yr of riding phantom, by then u experience liao.... u can change to 2nd party.....

just bought my ta200 todae.. thursdae chut chia.. your 2 side boxes what brand?? how much ah? what brand?? don't know want to put box or not leh.. don't know nice or not. wait put liaoz not nice.. LL... hehee.. -
