  Booking of pit fee ... plastic spoons ... plastic fork ... charcoal will be sponsor by me ...
  
  The rest will be divided equally for those who is coming ... A $10 will be made payable at a gathering before the BBQ outing meaning that i will organise a gathering for collection of $$$ ... The balance will be return on the BBQ day ... Receipt will be shown on the BBQ day too ...

  There will be a gathering b4 the BBQ to have a detailed discussion on the BBQ ... if possible pls show up ...
  
  Gathering will be on a weekend ... for those who cannot come ... pls inform me beforehand so i can make arrangements ...
