Problem After Changing Tire

Just Chnge my tire to Battlex bt39 110(back),90 @(front)after that while corner or stopping,sound of "ball bearing" rolling can be heard,what is wrong?top speed also decrease,why?
what is the total ml of eng oil required for sp? -
I got that top speed decrease problem too, till now, I also dunno what's the main cause. I think it's because the difference in trye size... I think the total amount of engine oil is 750ml.
If the information is not correct, please correct me.

i also just changed to those tires.....
dun have that problem..... by the way.....
tires need to run in.... but how much..? etc -

Was the new tyre the same size as the old one?
Differing type profile will effect your speedo..
tyre width will effect cornering and turn in...

be careful on wet rds -
i think it might tyre will better grip will slow down the top slightly.

actual back use 120,but the mech say 110 good for corner,bike look thin and ugly,top speed gone/HOPELESS!!!
