I don't have the pics, but in Singapore, a Merc once serve left sharply from the centre lane, to turn in to a side road. A motocycle going straight on the left lane crashed into the Merc left side, killing the front seat passenger.Originally posted by sleepy:

I dun tink motor bike can be ban.... If motor bike kena ban, we dun hv personal transport... We cant just depend so much on public transport... As even public transport also dun hv the accurate timing to reach ur destination... As for me, if i were to have a motorbike, i just keep in mind to ride safely, and defensively... Life is important... Life cannot buy hor....

Driver, please respect freedom of biker's to be on the road. Biker's please remember to forgive people "DO" make mistake.
I feel Rider's generally cherish their life & travel on bikes more carefully.
Cause the protection of "CAGE", drivers may feels less for riders. Think if "THAT" rider is your friend, your relative, your someone?? Do you think of it this way?
I do not agreed BAN of bikes in Singapore. Bikes have it's value to some. Even Police & Hospital. It may not make sense to some people. But it make sense in some situations.
Singapore is a very good place to live. You will feel a lot more unfair in some countries where Driver's & Rider's are equally BAD.

it's mostly LJ drivers that make the road dangerous for other motorcar/motorist drivers/riders.
although there are some LJ riders but singapore is populated with motorcar at the moment. -
windscreen washer is definally useful just in case of LJ bikers
