SAF encourage we all to do excercise but still serve fatty and oily food to us during lunch hours....... somemore everydae got 3 break... 9.30am - 10.30 am..... 12noon - 1pm.... 3pm - 3.30pm... will not be fat oso turn fat lor..... ahhaha.....
