2day on bus saw an incident ..dunno considered accident or nt though..
saw tis Sp at Holland area suddenly sped up....tink he wan 2 chiong amber light ba..
bt den before he reach white line.. light turned red. he zham brake..
the ger who was sitting wif her hands on her lap suddenly sprung forward,den backwards, den fell off her seat. Dunno hw injured is she.. bt i noe bike and rider totally no injuries de lor. Bus moved off.
reminded me abt a few mths ago same thing happend to my sis.
she fell off from a KRR too. fell backwards..ended up at changi hospital wif her back and waist in bandage.
wonder why sme gers.. wan sit bike, dun care abt own safety, like to put their hands on their laps or fold their arms. wan to look sud sud? or scared to b taken advantage? onli put urself in danger. wan to be a pillion on the bike, den trust the rider. -

erm... to be frank. i tink its the rider fault.. the ger maybe not very close to the rider so dun dare to hug too tight
even when dear dear pillion mi.. i oso sometime dun like to hug him too tight.. if keep hugging throughout the whole jounery, my back wil ache plus very hot.. most of the time i wil onli rest my hands on this legs, holding onto his jeans. -
all i can say is.... Its the rider fuck up....

cos of weight pushing down. imagine he brake, the whole weight springs
forward. if impact too strong, cos the rider to lose his balance too. i personally
feel dats nt safe too wor. ( my own opinion la). i jus feel hands place firm
on tank, both hands as close to each other as possible is pretty gd le.
sudden brake, u lock ur elbows.. if say any impact dat is frm front pushing
backwards eg. the inertia force like sudden pick up, at least ur hands are close enuff to grab the rider's waist wor.

coz if pillion dunno how to take care of herself, then rider should be take extra precaution liaoz mah, if he know the ger like to sit this way, he shldn't do those kinda sudden acceleration or ebrake etc etc.
i got 1 fren she always sit like that one... so pillion her i dun do those kinda sudden thing one loh, sudden smooth acceleration. -

Its v.stressful for pillion to grab the oil tank all the time too... palm v.pain, sometimes even get numb, by the time reach kulai hands alrdy paralysis liao. Hand put oil tank then pillion's back oso v.aching leh.
Best to haf something like the sandle they put on horses -

From wat i see.. I think the rider has a lot to be responsible of.... First of all with a pillion i think he shldn't have even tried to run the amber light... Second, he shldn't have sped up or shld have slowed down long be4 he even reached the traffic light... If he was alone might be easier... But with a pillion even the stopping distance is increased.... Donno what he thinking....

muz be confident in ur road judge, like in this case i would say the rider no skill lah haha cos if u are skill u shld made the right judgement to slow down or when speed up juz go on. but some cases realli need to zhiam brakes one then bo bian. but definitely not in this case. anyway always ask all my pillion to at least hold the handle bar loh if they dun wan bao bao. btw trust the rider also muz see the rider got skill or not then trust mai gong gong trust lolx...
