hi pple...just got booked by tp on sat 31/8/2002...at Lim Ah Boy...kelantan lane for going againt the flow of traffic.
.(i m sure u guys who which way...)6 pts plus $150....just wan to ask when can i get back my points...supposely i pass my tp in 6/2002...
When my probation ends at next june wil i be eligible for 2A?
When my probation ends at next june how much points wil i be left with stil left wit 6?
when wil i get back the 24 points...pls help!!!! 
me now very distraught..and stress...over this points system..

Hi hi................ u will still hv 6points when ur probation is over. U can countine to go ahead with ur 2A but ur record of 6points will be earse on 31aug 2003. Dun worry bo tia chi wan.

u get to renew ur license
u get an additional 12pts
which means u have 18pts altoghether, then at aug, u get back ur 6 pts, then totallig up to 24pts.
2a as long as u dun have more than 12 demerit pts.
If u really regret ur actions, n would really like ur pts back, drop me a mail, i have a way to help u -

to have ur record erased N regain ur full points back, u need to not get another traffic offence regardless of how mnay points, as long as u r free from any offences within 1 yr from the date of ur offence, like 31/aus, so 1 yr from now if u do not commit any offence , u will haf ur points back and ur record will b erased from their info.
both i do not noe that once ur probation period is gone u will had additional of 12 point.... -
here another senario....supposely...(everyone no probation last for 1 yr rite..)i stay offence free for 10th months then on the 11th month i kena summon for let's say speeding 6 pts..however i n goin near to the 12 month period...which my probation is over..so when i re-new my lic got additional 12 pts or not? which total up to 18 pts or izzit stil 6 points? after my probation over? or must wait till the next 12th month from the offence then wil get back my points?Originally posted by milkshake:both

u left deducted 6 pt... so when u reach 1 yr... add another 12 pt.. meaning total 18pt... den u can take ur TP coz u dun have more than 13pt deducted in ur 1 yr probation period...
that should be right...
