  i have a friend got caught riding without licence...on his friend bike.. both of them got caught..what will happen??

  Both license kantong. Unless ur friend report stolen bike. then the other friend ta all. then only ur friend without lic kantong. i think so. cause my camp got one regular kena like that.

  Very serious trouble!!!! Either both kena or the one no licence kena even worse. So it's up to them to decide, both kena trouble abit or one kena very badly coz consider thief!!!!!

  cannot report stolen, cos the person without licence was pillioning the guy who owns the bike...
  which tp will belive that the bike is stolen when the person owning it is juz behind the rider?
  the person who has the licence will surely get his licence revoked..
  the other guy will not be able to take licence(not sure if its all kinds of licence) for at least one year..
  
  btw, ur fren riding on minor, major rd or juz carpark?

  if i'm not wrong, as long ignition key is in, can charge for riding/driving without

  he is riding at changi village carpark..then got caught by police..then the owner of bike is there also...

  but maybe he can say he testing the bike and wants to buy that bike.. some tp will close one eye on this rite??
