Trade-in to Bike Shop

If my bike currently still paying on instalment, can trade in to other bike shop or must be only my bike shop for another bike? Does this vary among shops, depends on shop whether they accept or not?
If they do accept trade-in, how will they determine the value, and how will I pay up the rest of the loan for the previous bike? n wil i sti need to pay downpayment for my 2A bike? -

some bike shop can borrow $$$$$$$ from them to pay ur previous bike provide u chu bike from them
