wat is wrong with the signal indicator

hi guys
recently encounter tis problem. signal indicator dun seem to work when the bike is moving with the throttle open. but when stationery or when throttle is closed, it works leh...
thats y i sumtime forgot to off my signal lights.. basket!!
the indicator's not blinking i tot off liao... -

btw LC, mine is TZR..
dun noe y uh, my signal,neutral when on stationary, all very weak , like 1 2 die like that..
but green light, i open trottle/switch on signal
then like the signal blink faster/brighter, but on stationary like weak weak....

i tink its normal lar...ur rectifier is working fine.. except ur batt abit weak liao.. but mine is totally no indicator when moving but the signal lights stil blinking happilyOriginally posted by milkshake:btw LC, mine is TZR..

jus checked the battery, it is weak liao so i changed it to a new one..
but the problem stil persists, so now must be the problem with the relay???

liews.. the signal relay everyone is talking about controls the blinking of the signal lights. if your signal lights can blink, it's working. if the signal INDICATOR light on your instrumentation panel is not working, change the bulb first la... dey...
but it does sound like a weak batt... get a new one, charge it up, ride high rev for a while. if it still dies... ooops.. other stuff... rectifier most likely. if your bike is sparking normally, it's a sign that the alternator is working. most likely your rectifier that's screwed and not providing the right charging current to your batt...

rectifier should be no problem cos all lights go brighter when revved
signal relay no problem cos all 4 blinkers working fine
only the fucked up indicator that is goin crazy, sumtimes can sumtimes cannot sumtimes struggling to blink
tink i go adjust the wires see how....
