once-in-a-while
--valve
--carburator
--timin/settings/jettings
--filter
--erm..clean bike?
once in a long long while
--bleed brakes
--change sprockets
--new chains
--clear carbon -
mine schedule:
2T top up every 3-5 weeks
chain lube every 500km/1week
every 4000km/2months, change gear oil
every 6000km/3months, change spark plug
every 10000km/6months, wash carb, air filter,
every 20000km/12months, wash block, piston, pistonring, valve, change coolant
others like tyres, chain n sprockets, brake pad, battery, brakefluid, clutch plate, headlight, dashboard bulbs, etc.. upon self inspection -
Erm its been sometimes i've been so siao on to my bike ,... but anyway i just let u know what i did ....
as i dun lub my chain so almost every three month i'll change a new set...
then as long as i feels a little bit more vibration from my engine i will have a full overhaul, then everytime about 1 - 2 months or when i not satisfied with my performance i would change a new piston or piston with block. will will have a top overhaul everytime i go play play on the road...... -

Aiyah, for normal usage,.... ure oreadi running in everyday... and how long would it takes to run in.... imagine during idlin speed ure piston is oreadi going up and down 1000 times per min. if everytime change a piston must run in then those racing bike is going to be very busy liao wor... -
My bike is done by a mech. call ah hai. But he only like to do two stroke... dun like to do four stroke.
