  I have just learnt that Honda's CB Super 4 comes in many flavours.
  
  If I am not wrong Hyper Vtech version II is the latest and perhaps the best too.

  Mine is FN plate. 1996 yr product.
  downpayment at $100 - $150, COI 21 installment at $154 per mth.
  inspection in Aug, i can pay for the inspection and rd tax but insurance pay on your own
