went there 3 wks ago with gf and another biker friend there for supper, then buy drick that time traffic warden came bou 12 plus midnite then we park outside the ntuc...run like mad ppl along with those neber put coupons onbe
then go park at allocated lots put coupons...heng ard if not public pavement kena 70 bucks keke 
btw any kakis here got the same experince can share like whether realli need to run or not cos the warden damn relac catch those cars no put coupons one like let us run like that... 
cos not onli us a few park pavement one also go but still got some steady one neber run hehe -

QX, then park in front of atm he also lining at atm, i sae siao liao, ki chai...hehe, luckily nv ttake down my bike plate number, but sae will deduct 7 points, scare the hell otta me, then i sae sorrie sir n ride off, knn -
those cisco wardens most likely wil target the cars 1st, they normally bo chup bout bikes wan...
that time i at margeret drive, i parked my bike in the lot w/o coupon, then i saw a cisco warden walking around looking at the cars wheter got coupons anot.. i immed kan chiong ran over my bike there n put coupon , but later i saw him skip the moto parking lots leh.. he walk over other side liao..
my house downstairs oso the same, saw the hdb malay aunties check the cars onli, they din bother to check bikes leh....
