pure luck you say?? or was it the mistake by barros braking late into the first turn and locking the front, thus losing the front and wiping out jacque? so how in the first place did the two of them pass Rossi?? was it not rossi who lost concentration for a moment and ran wide? so if they won... it is also sheer luck?

well well this boils down to EQ... why cant wait a year till the 2a turns green and then go get class2 and then upgrade?? delayed gratification always worked for me.... so if u got eQ u would do that, rather than having the fastest 2a bike and then next year ur peers all upgrade and get just a stock r1 or something and then outrun u at every traffic light and on the way to KL?? which is kinda lame... erm and if u pay a minimum down payment and pay instalments over 4 years... i dont think u have to fork out 15k straight... unless u CASHED your bike then its a different story of course mr busa...Originally posted by HAYABUSA:No wonder you are misleading everyone with all your so call "heard from friend" theory. Oh i have rode a 400 four stroke for 5months and i've toyed around with my buddy's pgm4 wif race cans and hrc card wp damper digital tachometer and yes the sound is great... but everyone in singapore has to upgrade sometime...

Did you read my whole message properly? I mean for a 2b bike to win a 2a bike in PG. It is possible! With a skillful rider on the track, of course nothing is impossible. But on a straight, NOPE! Noway a motoGP 125 can win a 250 in straight, get the point?

How about last time, you spend all your money on taking buses n cabs or watever transport. You sould just walk instead to save up, so that you can just invest ONLY on your class 2 bike. I am not a racer, i don't even have a racing licence. regading our dear topic
i have read a very fair comparison from a rider who has owns both bike before
my words, may not be the exact of his, but i hope i can get as close as his ideas
personally, for his RS250, he feels yesh, the power is there
but he dosent recommend it on road, according to him, the rs is a bery difficult ride in low revs,
its a more track oriented bike
for nsr250, he feels the power is more evenly distributed, high rev, low rev, more meant for road or rather street racing.
but both has excellent handling...
this is his view, which i feel is the best as he own both bikes -

as for yourselve... u seem to be just happy wif owning a big cc bike and riding it perhaps once a week.. blasting from traffic light to traffic light... and getting your kicks when u reach a busy coffeeshop and have many stares at you coz of the big bike u ride... good food for your ego... hearing the murmurs of pple around you saying wow... wat a nice big bike he is riding...
i dont get that high... normally my thrills come from a 180kmh knee down side by side wif my friends... both knowing where we are going and never endangering each other... and even the occasional 260+kmh bends in malaysia wif the bike leaning over and not being able to hang out coz of the strong wind...
i do fancy stunts and also track meetings... and whatever that all bikers like too... but what i dont like is, bikers who know nutz about riding commenting like they are someone who has been there done that... know wat i'm saying? guess of all people you should...
as for the rest in this place... hint hint.. if the forum is really about RACETRACKS so when i talk about racetrack related stuff, am i out of point?

although i would like to play in the circuit,,,but my right hand inside still have metal plates due to accident,,,,,reflexs are not gd as before right leg ligament still recovering from it but i still can use v-cam to tape u while u slides yr knee on those corners..... i am riding RVF,,,,RIDER VERY FRAGILE......
above all,,,,not here to find problem or dispute among ppl.....maybe wat i wrote here will provoke someone or some ppl .....but staying alive and happy is much more important then to get injure from a normal transport

be happy no worries when people get angry, they start to say the strangest things... anyway... yeah i like to slide my knee but the problem is... now adays i am more into playing wif 260 bends and such... so there is a bit of a problem hangin out coz of the wind... any tips? nahhh in gp they dont normally do 260bends... its only on the north south highway....
and i respect the good riders.. and sometimes even 2b riders who show lots of potential... like we all know... doesnt mean the guy only has 2b he isnt good.... sometimes he is better... just that he hasnt got there yet... like my mech, he rides a malaysian 150cc, but i think he has more guts than me... just that he doesnt have the opportunity coz he has to work hard all day long just to earn enuff to survive let alone play bikes...
i hope we have fun in this forum... and freedom of speech for everyone... but if u cant take it... then stop dishing it out
