wat r the posibilities of piston gettin jammed n ways of preventing it.......?????

the most basic possibility is 2t.wat kind of 2t u using try use higher vicosity full syn 2t other that could be mechanical problem like lose piston etc

Check your 2t every week to confirm that it's being used lor. If no 2t going in then there will be no lubrication to the piston and therefore will cause piston to jam. hmm what cos piston jammed?? >>> incorrect setting may cos piston jammed, lose piston ring will do that too, 2T oil not really a problem... piston expand too fast oso will jammed up...
what to prevent it>>>> dun sudden whack ure engine to max if u just started ure engine , make sure ure settin not too lean or too rich... make sure, must have the present of 2T of whatever grade,
then always open close throttle when ure slowing down after high speed... cos remember.... 2 stroke no 2T oil will be fed to piston once ure throttle is close....
hmm guess like that should be enuf.... heheheh -

i got dis experience before in the middle of the night somemore at mandai......... die ar! very little cars no help at all
aniwae the mechnic told me tat becoz i was using iridium plugs and the cable conecting to the plug is bigger then original 1
so it caused the spark to be real damn big! and it made 2 holes in my piston and crack my block!!!!!
he said the knn filter also did some help in jamming the piston.....
coz of high rev.........
to me theres no precaution to this unless u ride slowly loh.....
tat is something which i cant......... hehe

hahahah kantang prorblem dun lies at ure cables or plug... simple as that... the one who do ure setting on ure bike sucks...

when u increase the performance the reliabity drop. the best is get 2 bike, 1 2 stroke full mod and one 4 stroke transport. hehehehee
ermmm my pistons jammed once on the way to JB when i open my side board i was shock to find the 2T box totally dry. i guess premix is still a good idea. anyone using premix over here. can tell me the correct ratio? -
the ratio will depend on your bike liao...
best is go on net and find, coz it's different.
my bike's ratio can be 30:1 or 50:1. i've heard of 16:1 but i think that one too hiong ka liao
