the casualty didn't die ...i know the rider sure at fault no matter the pedestrain was jaywalking or wat la..but i jus wan to ask if u have experience, because i would like to know what is the penalty like does it depends on situations or what..

a car hit my fren when she was crossing the road outside my sch
to be exact, the car-plate hit her shin
she kena one orh-cheh (blue-black) on her shin only....can still walk and jump the rest of the day....
but the car-plate cracked and the front dented a bit
news of this iron-girl spread through the sch bery fast.... -

ever one time i was at eunos coming out of the carpark, at the exit i stopped...
check for cars on main rd... clear liao
wanted to move out liao, then one uncle came cycling along,
then i stop for him, he stop for me too
since he stop, i check for cars again on my rite, hes on my left
when i move off, he moved too, wtf
in the end hit him, but onli a slight knock
he didnt even fall from his bike,

when i was overtaking a van in front of me when i was driving ... a china man walk out from the front of the van ... what to do ..... but to jam on my brakes immediately ....
at 1st i was able to avoid him .... but when my wheels skid ... that china man still take a step out onto my lane ... which causes me to hit him on his legs .... luckily he did not die ....
thought of appealing ...but haizzz just carry on with life and be more careful on the roads .... -

avoidin cars at paya labar there...den all of a sudden one bangala come out den bo pian my handle bar hit him..den whole bike drop

better for the rider if it's within a certain distance from traffic lights or overhead bridge or zebra crossing or underpass.... coz pedestrian supposed to use the traffic crossing....
also depends on u speeding anot....
and depends on whether they can find evidence show u are negligence anot....
