  Got leh...$5 only...my house nearby CC got
  
  Cheap...must go test test, esp those who eat outside food everyday.

  They came do it at my camp b4 for free or a small fee. Then at the last booth, they ask if you want to sign up so they can take donations from your bank account.

  At the last stop where you are ready to get a summary of ur general health. And directly after, a brochure will magically appear out of the person's hand and ask if you are interested in making a donation(tip: from your bank account for an unspecified amount of time). You are not obligated to sign up. But you may, i repeat, you may get some lousy look from the person who offered you the chance to share your bank account.

  too bad lah..... my bank acct not much money one.....
  plus my pay so low... minus CPF, minus my BB, hp bills, minus transportation n food....... not much left liao.....
