aiyah ur shift very weird leh.... for my fran who work in PSA, he got 3 shifts.... after midnite shift will b off day, after off day will b afternoon.... still can go pubbing

after 2nd morning shift, means the night is free... coz the next day is night shift

i may work 7 hour day shifts, but night shifts are 10 hours

but usually i don't take meals on shift.. because of the lousy canteen food
and i know about 10 hour or worse days.. i used to go to work last time at 9.. then leave at 9 or later daily!
