  think nowadays employers alsoq uite clever
  cut yr pay ask u do more..
  
  if u wan to quit..they also dun care..coz hundreds or even thousand of peopel eyeing for your position..wan to hire people also easy...

  other pple in the office is his wife loh....
  the storeman n the delivery man donno anything one....

  malaysian not easier to bully
  they cost cheaper than singapore...are less ambitious..most of them just wn to earn some money..go back to malaysian..like my company loh..if u notice..most of the people are actualyl malaysian..my colleagues lah..den only few ofthem Singaporeans..my OE usually dun hire singaporeans..because he scare that 1 day, they might just take over his position..

  then the new gal who take over me oso malaysian.....
