wtf...... my fault???

well.... for those who wish to noe or concern abt wat's happening...
here it is.....
i'm out of job liao....
he (the boss's son) ask me to leave....
cos we always quarrel over things at work....
but i don find myself wrong in doing anything.... all those things i ask him is relevant n i have the right to noe.....
eg:
he uses the company's name to buy goods, but no invoices were issue out for the sales of those goods n yet he pocket the money after sales....
i'm the one doing the acct, i have to get all this rite, b4 i get myself into trouble.... b it with the audit firm, or govt.... but he simply ignore me..... kaoz
his wife n the driver r getting slightly higher pay than me, yet they can come late n can leave early... wtf.... then he buay song i always take this thing out to say him.....
yes i noe his wife need to take care of the sons n cant come in the morning.... but it's unfair for her to get higher pay than me n she came after lunch n off on sat... whereas i got to come at 9am n leave at 6pm.... sat is from 9-3pm....
she is like paid for taking care of the sons only.... n hoh, she bought her maid n her 8 mths old son to work.... wah lao... office machiam nursery.... u noe how noisy tat is to work??? every morning customers will call to make order, i will issue out invoices n D/Os for the driver to make delivery....
sometimes he don have time to send or he don wan to send... watever arrangement he made he nv tell me one loh....
u noe i'm the one to handle customers n suppliers... if i donno anything, how m i going to ans???
in the end customer call n scolded me.... then i will go n find him lah... of cos.... one day he actually ask the driver to send the goods without me issuing the invoice.... i did told him i'm not sure abt the selling prices.... i got to wait till his wife come... somemore the goods were not urgently wanted by the customer.... so can deliver later one....
he send it without my notice n i kp him lah....
much later he ask me to type out the invoices for other delivery then i say him, "tot u no need invoices oso can deliver one, y bother to ask me type it"
i noe it's kinda attitude, but i'm juz using his words to spike him back.... anyway i did issue the invoices later....
.......etc etc things happen....
then he damn unhappy, he told me we cant work 2gether.... bcos i always find things to quarrel with him.....
wtf.... happy ask me come back help him, not happy ask me leave...
treat them as frans then come help them n quit my job in paya lebar....
now they treat me like tat..... wat they took me as???
i went back to take my things 2day n i ask him to get my pay cheque ready i wanna take it 2day too...
he ask me to wait till mth end then he issue 2gether with the rest....
i told him "no way.... i don wan to have anything else with u all again.... neither do i wanna come back again.... cos we wont b frans anymore"

Feel sorry for you and sorry for your former company cos they lost a great staff. But it's not the end of this world yet! You must be strong and hope you will not meet lousy boss next time.

hmm... u see lah... last time got other job dun wana wrk. go back here cause its familiar territory n pay u slightly more...
u cnt compare yrslf to the bosses wife lah. die die also they r family... they can do watever they want n get away with it while u r jus a hired hand....
jus take it as a lesson learnt... n luk for better things to come... -
