if you have 0 tech..every tech level costs $9500 (max number of levels you can buy at one time is 10)
once have 10 tech.. every tech level costs $14,250 (same max 10 levels you can buy; currently where I am now)
If the cost increase propotianately every 10 levels, for eg..
once 20 tech..evry tech level costs $19,000 (max 10 levels again)
once 30 tech..evry tech level costs $23,750 (max 10 levels again)
once 40 tech..every tech level costs $28,500 (max 10 levels)
So total amount spent on tech levels: (do your math) --> $950,000 (that is if the tech levels increase propotionately by $4750 for every 10 levels)
So how much will you have left from the $800k?
