Seem like LTA awarded 944 to Smrt under negotiated contract due to lower running cost (as compare to bulim package). So 944 should be under Smrt for around 3-4 years until the next bidding for bulim package.

I guess SMB must have been doing a better job with 61 post-GCM, so they were tasked to operate 944 (or should i call it 364, for old times' sake).
Don't be surprised if the proposed PSR route ends up being controlled by SBS.

I hope to see them give chance to WTS and let them shine. They should have given them the East Coast and West Coast route groups if WP-SDP coalition had managed to win the 1997 GE.

dun think it is under any package... it is just a negotiated route (same as those city direct)... so most likely it will be added into bulim package when bulim package is up for rebidding

Bus service 137 should be sims place to changi airport t4 and the training route from the area of circuit rd.ubi ave 2 to jalan eunos. Sims ave East Bedok south RD .bedok south ave 1 ECP TO ROUTE TO changi airport t4 but the bus service is not considered to provide the bus service just a training route
