then the other part of woodlands svc park at AMDEP or LYDEP?
For now part of 969 park at Loyang,Other half is Wlbp.Once Mandai depot is ready, they will not practice onp at Int or other depots anymore.Kjdep have to wait until 2020 before Gali Batu is ready.
Only BPJ svc a bit troublesome because the fuel pump havent activate yet.
For now ex-Woodlands depot svc also refuel at Wldep before onp at Wlbp..Only maintenence has to go back Amdep.

859 park where ah? I observe their buses will do woodlands svc the nxt day. Whereas for other SBW svc i observe they rotate their ONP buses. Like 333A doing 882 on Thu, 883 on Fri etc Yishun also the same.
Most Sv859 park at WLBP.. Remaining overnight park at Sembawang Int..
Same goes for Sv883..
More like the way ppl find seats I guess?

They hardly rotate the OC fleet to WLBP..
SMB Citaros partly because they were being deployed to EWL Express 12 (Sv495), where most (or maybe all) crossover to those WLBP services like Sv169, Sv859, Sv963, Sv965, Sv966, etc before going down CGA/BGS for the shuttle..

I prefer 63 ends at Bt Merah Int and a new Bt Merah feeder loooing at Rumah Tinggi instead.

Better to make 63 green/white plate than by wasting resources by adding another feeder to Bukit Merah which likely won't fetch significant demand, don't you think? Besides, I'd actually better prefer 36 gets extended to BM via Redhill MRT and 63's route in Redhill.

Its for the benefit of the BCs who can go to proper toilets and buy drinks from the interchange.Wasting resources? What do you think?Isn't most of the new svc is redundant?
That brings up the suggested 271 again...

On second thought, its better to have proper Rumah Tinggi terminal with another 3 lots so another new svc start from there.36 can start from Bt Merah loop at CGA instead.A new feeder loop at Bt Purmei so 123 and 131 need not go in there.

Reconverting Rumah Tinggi back to a bus terminal with the necessary facilities isn't such a bad idea actually. Perhaps that could be used as a terminating point for 36 and even 64 can possibly terminate there. The carpark is quite spacious so I don't see the problem in adding additional lots. The only concern may be later the residents complain the buses too noisy because of the close proximity to nearby blocks.

I think Rumah Tinggi should have a proper terminal as you mentioned. They also need to chop some trees so that 63 can get DDs. 36 should be extended to Rumah Tinggi via Tanglin Road >> Redhill MRT to Rumah Tinggi. Though there will be some duplication with 111 along Tanglin and 132 Redhill to Orchard, I think it is still worth it as Tanglin only has 2 services 111, 132 currently.

Only Tanglin Rd,But again the rubbish centre should relocated somewhere else..adding another 5 lots is possible.
