Simei has a piece of lush green land just at the back of MRT. If ever there is a need, LTA can used it to build small interchange Serangoon style, but given Simei is a small town, there may not be much of a need.

That side always jammed up with private cars..Simei to be frank no need la,Quite good connection already.CCK is the one need at least a bus terminal to deviate some CCK svc and free up spaces.

Im pretty sure by the time I die or is going to die, there will be premium condominiums at the summit of Bt Timah hill going for $5m each unit. Yes ofcourse, they should build CCK expansion and have land space also. Easily can. Services exiting right like 172, 190, 985, 308 call at the extended space, all others in current interchange.

Just wait and see. Buangkok MRT is very near to Sengkang MRT, so some low-demand services from Sengkang may be extended/shortened to Buangkok.
This is not official:
163 might be amended to start from Buangkok Interchange, turning into Sengkang Ctrl and Sengkang East Ave, before continuing its current route to Toa Payoh.
83 will be extended to Buangkok Interchange to cover the lost sectors of Service 163 in Sengkang.

Off-Topic: I just dun understand what's wrong with talking about bus services which are part of the contracting model package. Just speculating or suggesting on the terminating point of the services and someone just mention it is off topic... Some members do irrits and thing that they know more than others. Just an opinion.... Like it, okay.. dun like it, then just keep it to yourself...

It will be better for them to expand YCK interchange instead...the area near to the boarding area (under the MRT track, near to the bus stop along amk ave 6) can be used for more parking space...
and for your second point, just dun bother about that guy who have been posting lots of irritating things....

If SBST win the tender, amend 73 & 86... Make 265 & 268 terminate at AMK Interchange
