Currently 180 has few bendies but will get converted to DDs. 700 has 1 or 2.
In future BPJ will have only one bendy route - 184 until 2030.

* 156/159 have few people taking from MRT within Sengkang town + have provision of bus stop right outside Compass1.
* 965 to have dedicated long distance travelers take from there. Those towards Compassalve St can continue to take LRT, 83, 371.
At current interchange
80, 83, 86, 87, 163/M, 371, 372, 373 (future)
* 80/87 included here since many people take from MRT to Punggol road. So shorten their walking distance

I know it would take another 3 years for Woodlands Reg Int to reopen but since Woodlands is at its full capacity with more recent addtions such as 904,912P and 903P,would it be feasible if the Temp int will be retained in future as an expansion to cater more bus services to start/end at the temp int?
Although I know that the Promenade will be transforming in the next few years and the plot of land currently used for the Temp int might be needed for future developments

Is the road between the current Sengkang interchange and the expansion accessible to vehicles other than public buses?

Hi mr sbs3004X, yes it is accessible. Cheers. Thanks.
Oops, I forgot that the police station was on the other side.
All, the grass patch on the expansion area next to Punggol bus interchange has finally been levelled up. Now the height is about the same. Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr carbikebus, yes I understand should not be that long for Punggol expansion. That is why I see the completion date indicated Q3 2017 and I am a bit shocked too. If at this rate, I think by feb 2017, it should be completed. Let's wait and see.
For sengkang, the opening of the sengkang expansion should coincide with introduction of new BSEP services. Previously they did that for changi business park terminal opening with sbs 47 and 118. Since July is out, it has to be August 2016. Hope they are doing the logistics now. Maybe you have further insights into the decisions since you work in same industry? Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr sbs6750E, good to hear that. It has been a while. We can enjoy both waterway point (Punggol mrt) and compass 1 mall (sengkang mrt). Favourite is still waterway point mall. Cheers. Thanks.
Heard svc 83 will be using the new expansion..By the way i hope that Sengkang wont get more than 2 new service in future else its back to square one with BCs finding a hard time for parking.

Hi mr carbikebus, the sengkang expansion is catered for 5 bus services. It will definitely be more than 2. Cheers. Thanks.

Isn't 83 only looping at Sengkang? Unless they are going to change it to Sengkang <> Punggol (loop).
IMO Sengkang expansion should cater to:
156 > Clementi (Stops outside Compass1)
159 > Toa Payoh (Stops outside Compass1)
965 > Woodlands (dedicated pax to Yishun/Woodlands can board here. Those for Compassalve St can choose 83/371/LRT).
* New feeder service to Anchorvale Crescent should operate from main interchange. So also 372 even if it calls outside Compass1.
* If there is new service to Tampines, it can start from expansion.
But looking at CBP that has only 2 services after introduction, I am expecting Sengkang expansion to have only 3 services to start with. Maybe in future, more may get added.
...

Hi mr carbikebus, relax. Sbs 83 is confirmed Punggol to sengkang loop. Will definitely not be reversed anymore since it is going to another bus provider, Go ahead group Singapore. If it starts from sengkang, it cannot be under go ahead group as sengkang interchange is not controlled by go ahead. As for using current Aircon interchange or new expansion, both will be okay. By the way, the current interchange is not useless. Its Aircon has been 'pumped up' and given the proximity to 'compass one' mall, it is still everybody's favourite. Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr dupdup77, Tower Transit operates four bus services (96, 282, 284, 285) from Clementi Bus Interchange although it does not manage Clementi Bus Interchange. With this regard, it is possible to reverse route 83 although Go Ahead would not manage Sengkang Bus Interchange. Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr combabao, go and read up the LTA release on the application of 1st parcel tender on bulim depot first before you comment. Can? LTA says tower transit will operate 26 bus services from 3 bus interchanges, namely bukit batok, jurong east and clementi bus interchanges and using bulim depot. So of course 96, 282, 284, 285 come from there since they are actually from clementi interchange.
You cannot reverse sbs 83 to sengkang interchange to Punggol loop. Because LTA already says the services from Loyang parcel tender will come from 4 interchanges/terminals, namely Punggol, pasir ris, changi airport and changi village. Please take note sengkang is not included. Cheers. Thanks.
SMRT onp at Lydep on 1/9/2016 with service from Bedok,Eunos,Tampines and Airport the occupants..
