CGBP might be closing down at end of this year after LYDEP start operation, to make way for the new integrated depot.

- SBS 8139 H & the other bus (Forgot Rego) transfered to BBDEP for Svc 156
- SBS 8445 Z, SBS 8446 X, SBS 8447 T, SBS 3000 G transferred to BBDEP for Svc 147
- SBS 3603 S transferred to BBDEP for Svc 74

Yeah... I remember alr.. it was SBS 8133 Z...
Hgdep can let go svc 141 to Brbp too.
there will be lots of mass deployment from june onwards. more services will be going to SLBP.....

More services gg to SLBP...
I suspect these services:
Svc 198 - Full SLBP (I prefer fleet to stay in ARBP/BBDEP)
Svc 99 - Full SLBP (This one I can agree to let go to SLBP from BBDEP)
Svc 105 - Majority still SLBP/HGDEP (But under route group, must it be majority control from HGDEP?)
Svc 30 - Majority SLBP/Minority BNDEP
Svc 197 - Same like Svc 30
Svc 51 - Like Svc 105
Svc 157 - Maybe can argue that BRBP is near but then maybe full SLBP?
Just assumption only ah..

And Bedok North depot will concentrate Bedok,Upp East Coast,Changi Business Park and Tampines.Hgdep might taking back Eunos service. If Hgdep control back Eunos,We might see Trident cameos on svc 60,94 and 154 and its been a while Trident going back at Boon Lay after the old express 502.
The forested area beyond the fenced Upp East Coast ter is being cleared, presumably for the int expansion.

I might think Cgbp will only close down if the East Coast Integrated depot is ready.Bndep already at its max capacity ever since new service is introduced and the massive bsep added buses.
SMRT will use 120 lots at Lydep temporary until year end..Suspect part of Amdep buses
Works have started on the new Hougang Central Bus Interchange Expansion, since around last week. They have put up the hoarding. I guess they are digging the soil now...

Hi mr gekpohboy, same for Punggol. You will only get to see new bus services in these 2 interchanges plus sengkang once they are up and running. Cheers. Thanks.

I thought SBST may use those lots for its share of PSR routes. Looks like BNDEP has space for them after all.

SMRT will use the gate from Pasir Ris(opp Loyang Point) to park their buses and Go Ahead will use the main gate from Loyang Way.There will also be a bus service plying there later.
I heard Changi Airport T2 terminal will have a dedicated parking lots for svc 36 which go for break times.I suspect if this happen to be true there will be no more jump bus system.Maybe using 36B if bus going for break?I might think svc 24 will swap berth with 36.

Hmmm... SMRT no space for the buses to park at their depots already...
WLBP/WLDEP/AMDEP: should be full house and I also think it is a good idea as maybe they want the First Bus of Svcs like 67/858/969 to be on time to do the first bus trip...
Weekend coming already...
IIRC, someone here mention about the re-organizing of the services... Will there be any taking place?

Most probably 67,858,966 and 969 buses will park there.Amdep might take a few of 858 and 969 duties.
I hope to see the depot control change... (Minus of the GCM Package buses)

Most of the depot will be closed down in 7 years time..Sungei Seletar might be taking part of Sembawang like 117,167 & 980 Yishun,YCK and might be small portion of AMK svc,Ulu Pandan might be taking the remaining of J East,Clementi,Kent Ridge and Buona Vista. Then Mandai will be taking Woodlands and part of Sembawang.A new depot replacing both BBDEP and KJDEP will be taking over CCK,BPJ and part of Woodlands svc.Kim Chuan will replace HGDEP.There might be a new Northeast depot and might he a shuffling of Punggol service and future Tampines North might be under LYDEP.Probably a new depot at Jurong Industrial or even Tuas will replace SLBP.East Coast depot will eventually replace BNDEP/CGBP.There might be a possibility of new depots along Queens Close for future Marina South,NBR,BTM and HBF.

Actually, what makes you think there will be a re-shuffle of bus services at the existing depots? I feel that everything will remain the same, as we never know the GCM may fail and we have to fall back on the existing depots.
If Bulim GCM or Loyang GCM or whatever GCM fail, who is going to take over? Yes, according to a bill recently passed in parliament, there will be an interim operator taking over, but in the initial stage, it's quite likely that the interim operator is the incumbent operators SBS and SMRT, and for operations to go on efficiently, they may want to use the depots they have been using all along, instead of go over and temporarily manage a new depot.
So, yeah, I do not think there will be a re-shuffle, at least in the initial stage. In the later part, as more and more bus services are transferred out of the existing depots, the incumbents SBS and SMRT may merge and shrink operations at their existing depots to just one or two depots each, and then eventually phase out everything.
