Originally posted by dupdup77:Hi mr pathlight, please make some sensible comments. In yr 2002, sbs 502 went to sengkang does not mean it has to be extended to sengkang this yr end. In any way, it does not look possible as route is too long. Nowadays seldom people take a bus journey exceeding 80% of the route. Most people cannot stand such long journeys anymore. Cheers. Thanks.
And because of the North East Line in 2003 , Service 502 was shortened to Marina Centre. Why the LTA never keep Service 502's route?!
Ask the LTA lah, u ask us what can we do?
The LTA should leave Service 81, 82, 97, 106, 111 and 502 alone.
Brother, please move on, that rationalization happened in 2003, 12 freaking years ago, i was 10 and i doubt u were born 12 yrs ago or maybe u are just learning how to say ABC and 123 12 yrs ago plus i doubt they will want to restore them.
Boy, before anybody here blocked u, please give more constructive comments here than ranting about routes. If u dk anything about bus, u either us or just STFU please, people are already annoyed by u

New BSEP Service in Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Jurong West, Marine Parade, Punggol, Sembawang, Sengkang, Tampines and Yishun? Need routes for these new BSEP Services
951E to skip the lower half of Av4 and Av1 and to run Av5 instead..
Should see more upgrades from this svc soon? Since 962 faces high demand along Av5 sector, and P587 could see some demand drop(?) if there's 951E..?
All, Loyang depot is up. The road linking to Loyang depot is also up and is open to traffic already. There is direct link from pasir ris drive 3 to Loyang industrial estate for cars. Cheers. Thanks.
Do City Direct Service operators offer the same service levels - such as quality of buses, comfort, timeliness as PTOs for Premium/Express services?
Not sure if people will be happy if they don't have 851E/951E at their door step because of CDS.

does 951E/850E MAN A22 bus offer comfort to the passengers? dun think so, if u have to stand all the way... basically, the sector deleted (for 951E/850E) are covered by City direct service... but the problem is whether the paxes can get on the bus or not (cos only 3 trips in the AM peak)...
sv265 will get another fleet add next monday... wtf, 5 fleet add in the past few months...
never saw any new citaro in AMDEP.. so most likely using one of old SP BSEP citaro.
cant find any AMDEP/BRBP service with new timetable wef next week, so not sure where 3463 will go to.
sv85 will get a fleet add next week as well (added 4 trips each direction)... most likely under BSEP..

Well, there's 3 of the SP BSEP Citaros in AMDEP still. Using up 1 still leaves 2 left, haha.
As for Sv 85, until now, still haven't resolved the issue of the 4 DDs though. The article that time mentioned 4 DDs for 5 SDs right..but until now, i've only seen 4 SDs out of 85. So i suppose that would mean that in the previous round, they not only upgraded the capacity (4 DDs vs 4 SDs), they also took out 1 less SD than we expected.
And then now Sv 85 gets another fleet add next week? Abit overkill uh compared to Sv 39..?
