  Alps Ave no need pass leh,But the extension better than never..I was hoping a loop svc from Pasir Ris to Alps Ave.140 might be full Hgdep.Whoa SBST trying to conquer Lor 1 sial.

  and also had predicted service to Alps Avenue... though did not expect 35 to get extended.. Woohoo!! :))))

  Please note that spare buses are those without fixed perms already spotted on the roads...buses not spotted on the roads at all cannot be considered as spare.

  Didnt noe the person who told me 35 is going to be extended to Alps was true sial.

  Anyway I think 35 will only fleet add 2 buses. Dont think there'll be DDs.

  Hi mr carbikebus, this is a good move by LTA. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Settle the alps ave issue and tanah merah ferry terminal linkage without introducing another so called new service. Also no need introduce new service from the two interchanges (pasir ris/tampines which everybody predicted). It brings people out to tanah merah/ bedok mrt faster by giving it a slight express sector too. This will definitely make mr busanalyser happy since there is no new service from pasir ris/tampines int and it helps to maximize sbs 35 loading. A bit of innovative idea from LTA. Cheers.

  Who cares if its over?The more the merrier especially for SMRT,Theyre in dire straights for high capacity buses....

  The thing is they deploy only a few of them out to services. There are still so many spare BSEP E500s.

  They still need to distribute to other service my friend,Its not like you got 20 die2 must put on S190 right?There is bendy to consider also..Svc like 172,180,184,187,851,854,857,960 all DD potential

  You are absolutely right, dupdup... this kind of change has made me happy... its great.. i am hoping some WEGs are deployed though :)

  3 extra?? if you really count the # of spare buses... u will know that not all BSEP buses are on road... almost 25% are still in depots..

  so are we counting and measuring with number of buses on roads or in depots????
