Hmm, I'm not sure if I missed out on any details so far, but which part of Changi are they exactly referring to? I mean, 'Changi' itself as a road name is used in quite a large area..
New Upp Changi (Tanah Merah)? Upp Changi (Simpang Bedok)? Changi Industrial Estate? Changi Village? Changi Airport?

On the BSEP map from the press article, just found that the red dot for the new service is listed under 'Changi / Loyang'. And classfied together with Sv 4, 34, 109 & 858..
So I'm guessing that service is closer to Changi Village / Airport area than the Tanah Merah area..

Anyway, from the article, i think there are a few missing fleet adds no one has updated yet on Wiki so far..
Sv 8: BSEP add in Sep.
Sv 53: non-BSEP add in Aug.
Sv 292: BSEP add in Aug.
Need to find out the missing buses soon~
On another note,
Today is the first weekday (because 05 Oct was a Sun & PH at that) that Sv 39 & 109 are stopping at the new TPE stops. From what I saw, there were 3x LTA officers sitting at the bus stop a distance apart monitoring the situation (either they split the 5 new svcs stopping there among themselves, or they're monitoring all the svcs stopping there collectively).
But from what I can foresee, the bus stop at TPE would be more beneficial for services like Sv 109 & Sv 168, because they tend to be like 80-85% during AM Peak before they enter TPE from PSR / Tampines. So at least there's space still for pax to board at the TPE stops.
But for Sv 39 whereby typically the bus is fully packed even before it reaches PSR Dr 12 in direction of Yishun, I don't really see the benefit of having that stop for Sv 39 during AM Peak.
Because high chance there wouldn't be anyone alighting there from Sv 39 anyway (& in turn no one can board that bus to Yishun from TPE bus stop too). Doesn't help too that the bus took additional 4mins because of that stop, but somehow overall runtime for Sv 39 on e-tt remains the same.
So Idk, maybe only for the TPE bus stop on the other direction, and during Off-Peak / Weekends, the TPE stop is more beneficial. it's good for the passengers living at the area for more connectivity. But not all the services will benefit from the stop in my opinion.

Throw away all bendies from route 106 and 190 and I don't want to see these bendies anymore except SMB388S. All the bendies can be used to go to other routes that don't go to Orchard Road often.

New service 332 for Jurong East of what I previously said.
Extension of existing service to Changi Business Park which is service 135.
SMRT had bought new double-decker buses. They said the bendy buses are causing nuisance to Orchard Road area. TIB860S is retired and replaced by 1 bendy which is enough to cater to the load. As there are very limited supply of bendy buses, ADL will be enough to cater for them.

No wonder I kept hearing of occurences of BSEP Citaros on 292 recently... Is the bus split or A/P?
The SMRT PTO improvement list is clearly wrong. How can 850E and 972 be part of it?

They have mentioned Loyang part of Changi.

sv8 is 3415...
sv53 should be 8972.. comparing sgwiki data one year ago against now, 8161/8609 are out, while 6409/6678/6679/8972 are in.. so fleet add of one BSEP and one non-BSEP.. u have any idea whether 6678/6679 are replacing which bus previously?
In addition...
sv15: Most probably SBS6472H (doing since Day 1)*
sv67: SMB3022C / SMB3023A / SMB3062L (either 1)
sv188: ?
sv273: ?
sv302: ?
sv372: ?
sv857: ?
sv901: ?
sv972: SMB3112B (listed as 1 extra bus in wiki)
sv985: ?
167 i heard will get a bsep from Amdep side

Will help relieve load on Sv 98.
I still can't think of a Changi service yet, but that campus near Expo looks near completion. Might be related to that (or Alps Ave)
I might think a service looping at Alps Ave cause now only WT doing that..Maybe from Pasir Ris?

i hope the route will not be straightforward
say follow 98 then after hindu temple, turn right to st 24 & then turn left back to jurong east ave 1 to interchange
